Sims 3 jobs mod

Stick around for the end as there are also two videos made by Zerbu showing this amazing new mod off! About a year after I got my first laptop, I decided to get The Sims 3 for the PC, then later got expansion packs for it. I later joined the community, and as I gradually became more active, I met some amazing people there. The thing I like best about The Sims is that it lets you create what you want and act out your imagination.

The Ultimate Careers mod replaces the way careers function so that instead of going into a rabbithole, Sims will now spend the work day at an open community lot where their career performance gradually increases. Co-workers will stop working and be pushed to take care of their needs once their Fun need gets too low from working.

The status of a Sim such as mood, skills, relationships, as well as career-exclusive features, will effect the speed career performance increases just like it normally would. Lifetime Rewards will also be supported as best as possible. Will it be easy to put into the game or will we need to set things up for it to work?

There are options when clicking on the City Hall to enable and disable the mod for specific careers. By default, all careers are disabled, and must be manually activated by the player.

And of course, the player will need to build or place a workplace, unless they want Sims to just stand outside. Are there any careers that you decided the mod was not suitable for? For example, the Military or Police careers? All careers will be available to be enabled, but not all of them will be able to simulated in full.

If the mod is enabled on a career the mod is not very suitable for, co-workers will be pushed to use whatever available objects are available. Will we be able to make our own classrooms? Not in Ultimate Careers, but I plan on making a separate mod for schools. Whenever I feel sad I watch your videos and your positivity cheers me up. Plus, you convinced me to switch to sims 3! I am having more fun than ever with sims!

Sorry I went on a rant. Love your content! I was watching your architectual designer stream and i noticed how many grocery items you have in your game.

Thanks in advance! Sorry, I need to add this to the list! Seeing how you play neighborhoods actually got me in the mood to change up my play style a bit. I need to find a solution because playing without saved wishes is just impossible to me. Can anyone help me with this? News about the lives of sims that are not mine, such as a new relationship, new job, the arrival of a baby and others.

The only mod that does that is Story Progression. I am not sure why, but whenever I use the MasterController and the Integration mods in my Sims 3 game, it causes my game to freeze up every time. None of the other mods seem to cause any problems, but these do, for some strange reason. Any suggestions?

Oi, Cindy! Adorei todos!!!!! Do you have any mod suggestions that would allow my pregnant sims to go to work? Is that mod still available, I liked the sound of that. Hi Cindy! I was wondering if you had any good guides on how to run The Sims 3 with less or minimal lag?

I found a thread on Twitter a while back and followed most of those guidelines including downloading NRAAS and some of the essential mods you listed above , but unfortunately still have some lag in my game.

I was wondering if you had any trouble with the infamous Sims 3 lag issues, and if so, what you did to help fix it. I absolutely love your content, and how you are keeping the amazing games that are The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 alive. Thank you! I had lag because I needed to increase texture memory and force the game to recognize my graphics card.

Hi, Cindy! I have a question about the minimum wage mod. They gave my sim a needs-based grant to cover most of it, but instead of the money going to the university, it all went to my sim. Have you had this happen? Am I supposed to hold on to it until the end of term or manually pay? Hi Penny. You might try to ask on the MTS forums and see if anyone can help.

I encountered this problem and I found the source of this problem. It is caused by the Apartment and Roommates Fix mod. Hi, i think i accidentally deleted my previous coment , i wanted to ask if there is a mod to help with cc that doesnt fit the sims body and looks weird? Make sure whatever you download has a fat morph. I only download CC that has a fat morph or else it can look weird on fat Sims. Hope that helps! Hi James! I just put them in my Packages folder.

Hi Cindy. Can you change it to correct one please? Always thought they are essential. But thank you for the suggestion! TS3 is my favourite game, although I also love TS2.

For example, if you want to disable the University Mascot, or the ITF portal camera zoom, or adjust the chance of outerwear to be created with gloves, or how much chance there is of an umbrella breaking, or adjusting the price of the stuff you have to buy food, books, etc. They also get full rest, as if they were sleeping on a crib. Hi Marie! Thanks for the recommendations. I agree, MasterController is an essential mod for me and I could not play without it.

Hi Kimberly! And me, I reinstalled a few days ago and then I saw you had recreated pleasantview! I just reinstalled The Sims 3 after months of having it off my computer.

Little Mortimer scours the web for all the best Sims 3 Mods. Download these first! I also recommend downloading the optional modules for this mod especially Career, Extra, Money, Others, Population, Relationship, and Skill.

Master Controller — Adds options that allow you to control and change just about anything in your Sims 3 world. Also allows you to select any Sim in the world.

I also recommend the optional modules including Cheats, Integration, and Progression. Mover — I use this mod to retains the dreams and opportunities of Sims when I switch active households. Overwatch — Periodically cleans up errors and eliminates junk that accumulates while you play. I find that this mod reduces lag — especially in saves with several generations of Sims. Error Trap — This mod catches and corrects data corruption errors. Retuner — Another very handy NRaas mod that allows you to retune many different things.

I use it to reduce the price of groceries and books, and to lower bills. Saver — Prompts you to save after a given amount of playtime. This one is a lifesaver if you never remember to save. Debug Enabler — This mod exposes EA debug commands so they are usable in game. I use it mostly to reset stuck objects. Baby Clothes with Legs — No more burrito babies.

These outfits give your babies little legs. You will need to register an account to download from Sims Asylum. Use a Gmail address for the best results. White Formula Default Replacement Bottle — Replaces the green milk baby bottle with a white milk bottle. No more disgusting green milk!

Careers — This mods has a lot of features and modules relating to careers. I also like the additional self-employed options and academic careers. Register — Allows you to select which Sim you want to perform certain roles in town such as cashiers, etc. With this mod, you can let your playable Sims work jobs in town instead of random townies. Prevents a random mutated color from being chosen. Environment Mods These are mods that affect the environment in some way.

Makes the environment and the Sims look so much nicer, plus gets rid of that awful bloom in the default lighting. I use the St. Enchanted Environment — Replaces the EA sun, moon, clouds, rainbow, stars, snow, frozen pond texture, and snowy footprints with much nicer versions.

Mod is no longer available from the creator. Download directly from my Mediafire. Always Put Books Away — Makes Sims more likely to put books away instead of leaving them sitting around. You will need to register an account at Sims Asylum to download.

Moar Interactions — Adds new interactions and fixes some of the EA ones. No or Fewer Automatic Memories — This mod stops the memory scrapbook from filling up with useless memories. OMSPs — One more slot, please. Use to add more decorations and clutter to surfaces. Porter — Allows you to pack and move your family to new worlds while keeping jobs and relationships intact. Realistically Slower Cars — Slows down all vehicles to a realistic speed in-game.

Relativity — This mod can be tuned to change the speed at which time flows during the course of a sim-day. Tagger — Overhauls the map tagging system. Time Shifter — Allows you to set the time of day, similar to the set hour cheat in Sims 2. Use with caution.
